Rolling Steel Doors & Grills

They are used to provide security against entry or weather protection at exterior and interior openings in industrial, commercial, institutional and other buildings. They are also called overhead coiling doors or service doors.

Cornell Iron Works

We offer a plethora of Rolling Steel Doors and Grills from Cornell Iron Works. Cornell doors are built to order to fit your opening size, operation and option preferences. Their Rolling Grills use push-up, hand crank, hand chain (face of wall mounted exposed guides only), and standard or tube motor operation. Tube motors provides a solution strict dimensional limitations around the header or aesthetics that lend themselves to a smaller, compact operator. Cornell’s rugged construction and quality materials assure long life and less costly maintenance.

Cookson Company, Inc.

The Cookson Company, Inc. builds one kind of Rolling Service Doors. Every service door that they build includes: 50,000 life cycle design, structural angle guides and bottom bar, cast gears and stops, fabricated steel plate brackets, 20 psf windloading and our exclusive FinalCote finish. The Cookson family has spent 60 years manufacturing premium rolling door products that have endured the test of time.

Cookson rolling grilles are an example of Cookson’s uncompromising commitment to quality and value because they have been manufactured with the same proven materials and designs for decades. The grille curtains are still made of 5/16" solid aluminum rods rather than hollow rods and the links are still 1/8" or 3/16" thick aluminum shapes rather than thinner gauge materials. The aluminum extruded guides and bottom bars are still made of heavy-walled shapes. You can buy a cheaper grille, but you can’t buy a better grille.
